Samsung Galaxy Tab to cost between $200 - $400?
Samsung’s Galaxy Tab may be bigger and badder than most Android devices, but due to this, common sense should dictate a noticeable price increase. While early leaked prices where simply through the roof, we’ve heard that it may cost far less than you think when it hits the US. In an interview with the Wall Street Journal a Samsung executive claimed that the illustrious tablet could run between $200 and $300 depending on carrier subsidies. Meanwhile the Korea Times, is suggesting that Sammy’s all-important-big-tab will cost either $300 or $400. Adding further to the mish-mashed pile of pricing, another Samsung executive stated, “it will cost slightly more than a Samsung Galaxy S smartphone.” Now, if we were you, we’d assume pricing to be in that $300 - $400 range. After all, Samsung’s got to make a tidy little profit from this, right?
