Download - F.lux Reduces Eye Strain from Monitor Glow

I’m a night owl by nature - ever since I started working back when I was a teenager I’ve always gravitated to work that keeps me up at night, and T3chh3lp is no different. So naturally, each night I’m that guy that you know with his face staring deep into a brightly lit computer screen in a dark room. Needless to say, it can cause some heavy amounts of eye strain when I’m doing massive amounts of writing, editing and proofing for hours. Enter f.lux, the application that automatically uses a timer to transition the temperature of your screen accordingly to make using a computer late into the night a more comfortable experience for your eyes.
