Radio Shack Opens Kiosks in Target Stores

If you happen to walk into your local Target and see something called Bullseye Mobile, it’s actually a downsized Radio Shack store turned into a kiosk. For now, only 100 stores have been converted but over the year there will be over 1750 kiosks.
