3DS 'Slidepad' will retail for around $20 bucks, out in Japan Dec. 10th

At Nintendo’s Pre-TGS event, which just happened to be livestreamed across the inter-webs, the company lifted the veil off the uncertain future of their 3D handheld machine, the 3DS. Trailers and announcements led the way but the ‘Slidepad’ cradle that attaches itself to the system and adds a second circlepad was mysteriously absent. Well, today we’ve got official news on pricing and release. — More after the break!

Rumor - Nintendo redesigning 3DS, adding extra circle pad

So get this, after already slicing the 3DS by over 30%, the legendary firm is thinking about redesigning the 3DS and adding a second circle pad… or so goes the rumor. Actually, it doesn’t end there! The 3D handheld has gone through so much recently, could these stories be based on fiction or is Nintendo really that conflicted? — More after the break!

Just a 3D printer made out of LEGO, no big deal - Video

We’ve seen LEGO printers before, some even using markers to print on paper and even though they’re awesome, this latest creation just tops it all. This is a LEGO Milling Machine that creates detailed 3D printings out of floral foam. It’s pretty insane to see the amount of detail this thing can produce.

Breaking: Nintendo 3DS getting heavy price drop - $169 starting Aug. 12th

Let’s face it, the 3DS was an awesome idea but simply priced too high. Not only that, but the serious lack of software support from all angles (3rd party and 1st) has been a major letdown for early adopters who believed we’d get a new age of handheld dominance from the Big N. Well, Nintendo today announced a whopping, never before seen $80 price cut only 5 months since its initial release in the states. And it doesn’t end there; early adopters will get 20 free NES and GBA virtual console titles once they become available on the eShop. — Details after the break!

Nintendo: Wii U will do stereoscopic 3D but it won't be our focus

While Nintendo’s 3DS handheld is all about displaying all 3-Dimensions without the use of glasses, they’re not too keen on bringing that experience to the home console. In fact, their big executive sort of just shrugged it off in a, “yes, it will have that feature but it’s not a big deal,” quote. Pretty surprising stuff, especially to some who may have thought that Nintendo would forego it entirely. — More details after the break!

E3 2011 -- Senran Kagura peaks your curiosity of boobs on the 3DS

I can see it now — your head shaking from side to side, muttering to yourself, “those crazy Japanese.” Well, no one else does it quite better at being creepy and crossing the line than the inhabitants of the land of the rising sun. Marketed as the game with 3D boobs, Senran Kagura gets its first trailer today.
