This robot draws creepy portraits with a pen - Video
At first I thought this would be a “robotic” piece of software that drew a portrait in photoshop or something, but I was very wrong. This could be one of the coolest, yet creepiest things I have ever seen, and reminded me a lot of that scene in iRobot where Will Smith draws the bridge. This cool, but it’s still another sign of the inevitable robot apocalypse…
Sony not threatened at all by Wii U and it will not affect PS4 plans
I think Michael Pachter said it best, that the Wii U was announced too late and with a goofy name. By only just now releasing a real “next-gen” console, with 1080p, an viable online platform, and AAA titles, Nintendo is only barely catching up to a hardcore gaming business that’s been going strong for the past few years now, with games like Uncharted, Gears of War, and Call of Duty leading the way. That being said, local Sony president of SCEA, Jack Tretton doesn’t feel threatened in the least. — More after the break!
Reggie: "The 3DS' two main problems have been solved"
It’s hard to argue that the 3DS is an impressive machine, the only issue comes down to proving it. With a lack of first-party titles, or even overwhelming third-party support, and a lackluster eShop catalog, the 3DS isn’t anywhere the handheld machine longtime fans were clamouring for. Reggie now says those concerns have been resolved. — Details after the break!
Griffin PowerDock Dual review
A while back we reviewed the Bluelounge Refresh charging station which also lets you power up multiple gadgets in one place. The PowerDock Dual takes a slightly different approach with two Apple 30 pin docks and a region to store important stuff right in front. How does it work? — Our full review after the break!

Image Stabilization revealed by removing the front element - Video
When it comes to taking video or getting the next awesome shot, cameras continue to amaze me with their ability to perform Image Stabilization. This is the technology where a camera senses when it shakes so it can move the leses to keep the image stable and appear as if it was never touched. This is what it looks like from the inside… truly fascinating!

3.4GHz SSD iMac launching every app installed (26 seconds)
SSDs have been around for quite a while, but only in the last few years have they become common in household PC’s and Macs, and cheap enough to be a tech standard. SSDs are the new hot item when it comes to making your dream computer, and after watching this clip of an iMac launching all of it’s apps, it makes us want one so much more…
Real life Transformers created from old auto parts
Transformers could be one of the coolest things ever created, but the sad fact is that we will probably never see any real, earth-saving Transformers in our lifetime. If I could own a car that transformed into a robot, I would be the coolest person alive — but what if you had the next best thing? What if you spent years to create life-sized transformers out of spare auto parts, and then had them sent to Ripley’s “Believe it or not” museums all over the world? Well, Anchalee Saengtai has in fact created these bots and you just have to get a look at them after the break!
