E3 2011 -- Asura's Wrath has lots of action and punching

Capcom’s latest IP creation, Asura’s Wrath is definitely inspired by some of the epic storytelling and action seen in the God of War series, however swaps out Greek mythos for a much more Asian persuasion. Not to mention that it also has that exaggerated Japanese feel that only they can pull off so easily. I mean, where else are you going to see some sort of Demigod take on a planetary sized enemy with his fists?

Developed by the creators of the .hack series, CyberConnect2 lends itself to craft a highly visual adventure in which the titular character of Asura attempts to take revenge on the Gods who demoted him from his once heanvely position — sound familiar?
