We’ve gotten plenty of Batman games in the past, and more recently some surefire hits in the Arkham series, but a multiplayer shooter based off the Batman: Imposters comic doesn’t really strike a chord as something you’d immediately relate to the Caped Crusader. Well, regardless this one’s getting made and will be available next year.

Is it just me or does this feel a lot like a Team Fortress rip-off? No…? Yes…? Ahhh, it doesn’t matter. The game’s whole premise is quite interesting, seeing as it’s been adapted from a comic series, but what turns me off about it is the fact that it’s directly feeding off the success of the Batman brand. Put that aside however, and I’m pretty confident that this could be really fun online multiplayer game to pick up whenever you’re in the modd for a quick match.
