iPhone 5 gets unofficial Chinese mock ups that could point to the real deal

Love’em or hate’em Gizmodo always seems to be the place where iPhone designs leak first. And here they’ve gotten some images taken from a Chinese factory that has created their very own iPhone 5 clone for use in developing cases. So to clarify, this is NOT the real deal, just a real life model of what it COULD look like.
I was worried over the rumors and case designs that pointed to the return of the rounded edges, last seen on the 3GS. I personally skipped the iPhone 4 generation so I could build up time on my upgrade calendar to get the iPhone 5, and I’m kinda sick of everything the iPhone 3GS is all about — especially those rounded edge.
But seeing as each iteration of the iPhone gets a small design tweak so that they don’t get confused with previous models, it was a necessary change but one that I feel may be a step back into something more familiar than new and inventive — not that having a rectangle, candy-bar design is anything new or something.
