It has been a long hard battle for Android phones - that is, trying to overcome the iPhone’s overwhelming popularity and public presence.

Palm extends their 50% off app sale until July 23rd
That 50% off deal Palm’s got going on for their app catalogue looks like it’s really paid off. In fact, the company’s seen such an increase in the download of both free and paid apps, that it’s chosen to extend the offer until July 23rd. That’s right — you’ve been given close to an extra month to extend your app collection with cheap, yet useful apps. What are you still doing reading this, head on over to the webOS app store now! Those savings won’t be around forever.

Verizon will sell the iPhone 4 in January? »
The iPhone has been AT&T’s pet since June 2007 years and users are growing tired of the constant dropped calls and limited availability. All we can ask is “What if the iPhone 4 was not limited to AT&T?” - Read more
Kin One slashed to $24 Kin Two close behind for $49
Well this isn’t surprising (especially after that Verizon screenshot leaked last night, but don’t take this as any kind of confirmation, okay). Microsoft’s tween enriched social-networking phone recently undertook a slight price cut. From now on you’ll be able to grab a Kin One for $29 and a Kin Two for $49 direct from Big Red, however this deal isn’t as grand as you may think. According to CNET, those price points only apply should you sign up for a two-year contract — now, we may not be the biggest Kin advocates, but we’d opt for a Palm Pre Plus instead.
