Still Waiting for a Possible Twitter Re-design
Still Waiting for a Possible Twitter Re-design
Is it everyone, or is it just me? I am really hoping Twitter will be updating their look soon, but not just the homepage with the search-bar and everything. I want a cool re-design of our accounts, and personal homepages.
I like what Doug is doing here… a Dashboard of sorts with cool stats and maybe a unified homepage of @ reply’s and tweets. Is this our new homepage? lets hope!

How to watch the Apple Live Stream when not using a Mac »
It was a complete shock to everyone that Apple would be streaming the event live, and that it would be available everywhere. What sucks is the fact that the stream will only be viewable on an OS X 10.6 Mac or an iOS device (iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad). Macrumors has you covered!
Get Ready for Apple to Live Stream Today's Event!
Well this is interesting. Apparently, Apple is going to be livestreaming its keynote event on its website tomorrow. But here’s the catch: you have to either be on a Mac, iPhone, or iPod Touch to view the proceedings. Your iDevice will have to have iOS 3 or higher and your bitten fruit computer will have to be running Snow Leopard. Get ready for your mind to be blown by some new wicked iPods and announcements starting at 10 AM PST tomorrow morning! Oh, and yeah, we’ll be following along updating you guys live!

Are these the iPods that Apple is about to announce? - Video
No one knows what Apple will be announcing in the coming hours — but we do know one thing — these look pretty legit. You’re probably wondering what the deal is with the tiny touch screen, well that’s supposedly the new iPod Nano. A tiny 1.7” touch display with a headphone jack and a few buttons.
Also, the black front face piece is supposedly for the new iPod touch, featuring a front-facing camera in the middle (the other dot to the right of the camera is the hole for the ambient light sensor. Who knows what we’ll get, but lets hope it’ll be as cool as we hope!

You probably don’t use IE, but if you do, here’s another reason you need to move on — “Apple’s failure to clean up old code in QuickTime leaves people running Internet Explorer vulnerable to drive-by attacks, a Spanish security researcher said today.” — ComputerWorld
Guide - Switching to the Samsung Epic 4G

New Xbox 360 Controller with Transforming D-Pad, November Release
Lots of news on the Xbox front this week, as Major Nelson has confirmed that a new wireless 360 controller with a “revolutionary” transforming d-pad will release on Nov 9th (in the U.S.).
What’s interesting is that the controller can transform from a disc to a raised cross with a simple twist, which will improve the currently lackluster d-pad on the existing controllers. There are also some other small changes like gray A,B,X and Y buttons instead of the standard green, red, blue and yellow on current models as well as a sleek sliver finish with improved stability for your hands.
It’s looking great and will all be coming to you for the price of $64.99. If your heading to PAX this weekend, you can head to Microsoft’s booth to try the new controllers out for yourself!
