Worlds first HDR video using dual Canon 5D Mark IIs
I am literally shivering with complete awe over this clip. This is by far the best representation of real life I have ever seen on the web, and I can say that with complete confidence. The richness of the colors, depth of the shadows and pitch perfect bright skies make this the reality to beat.
The video was crafted by Soviet Montage, a small studio based in San Francisco, using two Canon 5D Mark II’s and a beam splitter. The camera’s were set to use a different exposure setting — one 5D was under exposed, and the other was over exposed. They used a mountain of HDR processing tools to combine the videos from the two cameras, and that’s what you see above — Truly amazing.
Leaked shots of Samsung's GT-i8700 running WP7 surface
Well, what do you know? Another leaked Windows Phone 7 device, this time from Samsung. Earlier today a Gizmodo tipster sent the site several photos of Samsung’s GT-i8700 — which, undoubtedly runs WP7. There’s not that much to see here, but we can note that the device has 8GB of storage, an LED flash, and a slightly cute Windows Phone logo.

BitTorrent announces an SDK for third-party developers »
I don’t know what just happened over at the BitTorrent offices, but whatever it was, we now have an SDK baby! — This (in my mind) is one of the most interesting leaps forward in Torrenting culture in-that it will allow this already open-ended industry to move forward, organically. The most interesting part is going to be all the cool add-ons and tools we’re going to get to play with…

iPhone App: Snappshot Special Free Download
We have all wanted to shoot some of our friends sometimes but thanks to Snappshot for the iPhone, you can. Sadly though, after being approved last week and sending in a major update, Apple has said the app will be taken off tommorrow because apps aren’t allowed to use the camera to simulate killing someone. The developer has given out free codes to download the app and here they are. Note: These are all 10 separate codes…

Why all YouTube videos freeze at 300 views, and then continue »
I was searching some information on Youtube videos this evening, and I was surprised to find a very logical answer. In the past, I have noticed when I upload a video, it reaches 300 views in a few hours, and then stops at 300 views (give or take a dozen) and stays there for maybe a day. The answer will surprise you, and don’t worry — your not loosing views!
