the Best Social networks you never knew about

Social networks keep us together, and allow us to share our info, creations and let people know what we are up to. We all use Twitter, Facebook, Myspace and so on and so forth, but what if there was a whole undiscovered world of this stuff. What if there was something, dare I say it, better than Facebook? What if their was something simpler than Twitter? What if they were right under your noses the whole time, and all you have to do is explore [...]

Ten years of Blackberry- Looking back

In 1999 Research in Motion (RIM) took a leap of faith and released something called the Blackberry. Blackberry was the device that everybody wanted. It was the smartphone of its early days, able to do email and other tasks, and its only limits it had was itself. Gosh, back in 1999 it was nothing more than a pager that looked like a chunky, laptop with fingerprints all over it. Of course it had lots of worries, like the release of the Palm VII which fell flat on its face. Then the arrival of the Apple Newton which also became a novelty item on Ebay 10 years later. AT&T's warped view of the internet - $65 to stream video

Chart: Microsoft users click more ads than any other platform

This is why technology blogs are not making as much money as other sites, like game sites, or vacation sites. Think about it, you have the chart, you are scratching your head and looking for an answer. Look at it this way, what is the default browser on Windows? Internet Explorer. Now lets look at three types of people. The first type are people like Grandma and your rockin' Mom. They use whatever "gets them from point A to point B" -- speed, security and logic is not a concern. They cant tell the difference between an advert and an email. Click click click, BAM free vacation.

Editorial: Why the iPhone won't be on Verizon

Verizon will be getting something from Apple sometime in the next year. It won't be a iPhone, especially after the recent Verizon adds directly attacking the iPhone but, there is speculation and rumor from an inside source that Verizon IS getting something from Apple. What might this be? I and many other believe it will be the Apple Tablet. Part of the reason Apple isn't going with AT&T is because they know the use of the network will be heavy so it helps spread out the use between Verizon and AT&T. Great right, now you will be paying for 2 cell services!

More exciting news after the break.
