PS3 - Killzone 3 Review

Killzone 3 has come to shelves with surprisingly little clamour this year, with it almost living in the shadow of its heavily advertised older brother. Still, it’s time for the third installment, and to be frank… it’s more of the same in almost every respect. There are a couple tweaks here and there but for the most part you’re getting exactly what you expect out of this game: a beautiful shooter with some issues which may or break the experience. — Read our review after the break!

Bulletstorm Review

Reviewing Bulletstorm immediately after playing Bulletstorm is probably a bad idea. It’s just so damn tempting to litter the page with a dozen expletives and tell you all to bloody well grow some genitals. If that sentence managed to offend you, then stay far, far away from Bulletstorm. — Read our full review after the break.

PSN Review - Stacking

On the surface, a game that involves playing exclusively as a Russian Doll does not sound very appetizing. But with the creative minds of Double Fine behind the project, which as a reminder to you are the same people who brought us Costume Quest, it promises to be a puzzle game full of intrigue and wonderment. Can Russian Dolls really win over a gamer’s heart? — Read our review after the break

First Impressions - Killzone 3 Multiplayer Beta

Killzone 2 released back in 2009 to critical acclaim, boasting fantastic graphics on the PS3, an enjoyable single player, and one of the deepest multiplayer experiences ever. Unsurprisingly, Sony’s released a multiplayer demo for their latest iteration in the franchise, Killzone 3 on the PSN. It contains one large map, all classes and three game modes — an extremely large package for the “Beta” title thrown on it, but if what I’ve played is any indication, Killzone 3 is shaping up to be one of the year’s best shooters out there. — More after the break!

Video - Leaked Sony Ericsson Xperia Play (Playstation Phone) Ad

I just don’t get it. Why does Sony keep making these bizarro commercials that absolutely nobody enjoys?

Didn’t they learn their lesson with their old methods of marketing the PS3 vs. the awesomeness of Kevin Butler?

Video - First look at High Quality Gameplay Clips on Sony NGP

After the NGP announcement, the best video we could find of actual software running on the NGP was of a camera pointed at a far off screen in the distance. Well, Sony has now remedied that problem by supplying us with a a video hosting a ton of gameplay clips from titles that will be making their way to the upcoming Sony handheld.

Uncharted on the go? I’ll take 20.

PS3 Review - Dead Space 2

Another week, another massively hyped sequel – 2011 is not allowing gamers a moment’s respite and I am certainly not complaining. Dead Space 2 is on the agenda this week, and it promises to turn our faces white with terror. Apparently, Moms hate Dead Space 2, but they’re not important. The real question is simple; is it a true horror experience? — Read our review after the break!
