Who would have thought we’d get a review of the iPad 2 case before the actual device is released? Clearly, there is a hole for a rear facing camera and that the case overall is designed for a smaller device. Mostl likely not for a smaller screen size, but for a smallr bezel.

Ok, just as a disclaimer, this is not an actual iPad 2. This is a plastic model that case manufacturers get to use when they create cases. Essentially, it is an iPad 2, it just doesn’t do anything.
However, anyone can make a plastic model, which is why we’re not holding our breath.

iPad 2G physical mock up caught in the wild
We’ve seen a couple of iPad 2G cases so far at the show but this is the first time we’ve gotten a look at a full on iPad 2 physical mock up. There’s nothing new here though, as it’s just a real world version of all the rumors we’ve heard up to this time. While it’s still a cool idea, the people behind the wannabe prototype was just, according to Engadget, “a no-name accessory maker”. — More images at Engadget!

Dexim shows off iPad 2 case in beautiful downtown Las Vegas
CES has always been a flutter with tablet accessories, however, this year Dexim’s latest ware has managed to catch everyone’s attention. At their very own booth on the Las Vegas showroom floor, Dexim — who for those that don’t know, manufacturer a slew of accessories for iOS devices, Android handsets, and Blackberry’s — have shown off a Bluetooth keyboard case hybrid for the iPad 2. — More details after the break!
