E3 - Pirates of the Caribbean: Armada of the Damned Trailer
For some reason I actually decided to look at this trailer and I was surprised how awesome it looked, and I thought it finally seems like a good Pirates game will be released. I love the fact that it appears to be like Fable and that your choices affect how the game progresses.
More will be released on the game soon but the trailer looks very promising.
Sprint fires employee who let EVO 4G sales figures slip

Can you say corporate cover-up? After all, that’s what it feels like. We all know the story by now: Sprint overzealously states the number of EVO 4Gs sold on launch day, then they come out and correct their statement, claiming that it didn’t do as well as they’d originally stated. But now, we’ve heard that Sprint’s official correction came about after an employee posted on XDA-Developers what’s to be believed as “more reputable sales figures.” After accessing Sprint’s internal inventory system, this one brave employee was able to determine that Sprint only sold around 65,500 units — we’re not so sure, but last time we checked we could’ve sworn that analysts had narrowed it down to 150,000 units, hmmm? As you may’ve guessed by now, the unnamed Sprint employee was eventually let go — all we can say is: Sprint, stop sacking employees for doing the right thing!

Twitter launches Promoted Trending Topics
Twitter launches Promoted Trending Topics
Twitter is taking its first baby steps into making some actual money with some brand new business plans - which include very discrete (and surprisingly relevant) advertisements.
You may know these as “Trending Topics”, but Twitter has finally realized that this tiny list at the bottom of your sidebar is basically the pulse of what people are talking about. Interestingly enough, you will now find pleasantly relevant “promoted” trending topics in your sidebar…
Samsung Galaxy S Pro Leaked

I can’t deny it, Samsung has made me extremely prejudiced due to my experience with The Instinct. I’ve always gave Samsung the side eye but this looks promising. If the only thing that prevents you from jumping with both feet into Sprint’s 4G pool was a slide out Qwerty, prepare to get wet. You can thank AndroidCommunity.com for the imagery.
According to the AndroidPolice, this sexy beast is sporting a 1GHz Hummingbird processor, Super AMOLED display, 512 RAM and ROM, Android 2.1 with TouchWiz 3.0, 5MP camera and a second front facing camera. How’s that for being drool worthy?
Sprint is really making a push to get customers to their WiMax service and phones like the EVO 4G and the Galaxy S Pro just might be they need. Now, none of these specs are official, but with leaks like this, it’s hard to imagine an official statement is far off. Knowing Sprint, they want to push as many EVOs before they let this people loose on us.

Video - Kevin and Alex want to bury $50,000 for scavenger hunt
On this weeks Diggnation, Kevin Rose and Alex Albrecht discuss the possibility of doing a “Mad World” styled treasure hunt in which the Diggnation fans would scramble to find 50k buried in a park somewhere.
Is this happening? Well, due to the fact that prior to this revelation, they had been gulping $11 glasses of beer - most likely this won’t happen. What are your thoughts on the ultimate scavenger hunt?
