The Ultimate Fake iPad, running Android
The Ultimate Fake iPad, running Android
Its thicker, flimsy, and it has a smaller screen - but it is the ultimate fake iPad.
Its got a USB port, SD card slot, and comes running Android all for $150 bucks. Sure there are screws all over the place, and it’s about as solid as Grandpa’s teeth, but it fits right inside the real iPad’s box - perfectly.
This is probably the closest you will get to an iPad (mostly because it has an Apple logo)… Magical! - See more

The AT&T Fail Whale
The AT&T Fail Whale
Just thought we’d share this.
We found this little gem on Dribbble, which was created by Rob Alan, and represents his obvious hatred of AT&T. Do you agree with his opinion of AT&T? I’m sure some of you do…
“Someone made a fail whale with Steve Jobs in it. I thought this was a little more appropriate” — Rob Alan on Dribbble

Video - Hands on with the $299 Parrot AR Drone
“That’s not exactly a stunning deal for $299, but it’s the future that has us intrigued. The idea is that there will be additional apps added to the App Store on a regular basis that will add new games and challenges” — Donald Melanson, Engadget
It seems as though this is a very “novelty” gadget, but if you have a couple hundred bucks and an iPhone lying around, why not? - Read more

Follow the FIFA World Cup in style using custom Twitter page »
This is really neat! I know this is a little old, but I figured there were a few people who didn’t know about it.
Twitter has put some major work into making this beautiful FIFA 2010 homepage for you to oogle at. This seems much better than Google’s updates, and its done with the simplest interface possible. Very cool - Check it out!
HTC Aria Official For AT&T, Coming June 20 for $130
Off to a bad start with the Motorola Backflip and the unpromising Dell Aero, AT&T seems to be putting more effort into the Android game with the HTC Aria. This Android 2.1 device is certainly no Nexus One with its midrange specs: a 5 megapixel camera and a 3.2 inch HVGA screen (at least it’s capacitive). This little guy is powered by a 600MHz Qualcomm MSM 7227 processor and 512MB ROM / 384MB RAM along with odds and ends such as a digital compass and proximity sensor. AT&T claims that this optical trackpad wielding phone will be available starting June 20th for $129.99 with a two-year contract.
