Android Market has 100,000 apps - 1 Billion Downloads*Claps* — Hooray! The Android Market is finally past the 100,000 apps milestone, and has accumulated over 1 Billion downloads. Surprisingly, it took only 3 months to jump from 50,000 apps to 100,000 apps which is a feat within itself! The Android Market is currently growing at around 15,000 apps every month!
