The Now Network is at it again with it’s aggressive expansion of it’s WiMax service. We got the following cities live with 4G — Rochester, New York - Syracuse, New York - Merced, California - Visatia, California - Eugene, Oregon - Tri-Cities, Washington - Yakima, Washington. So break out those EVOs and Overdrive routers because there’s 4G is in the air! — Keep those coverage areas coming Sprint!
What is this fantastic device!? — Well its a concept from HTC called the “HTC 1” and unfortunately, it will probably never see the coziness of your pocket… because it’s a concept. This super slick device was thought up by designer Andrew Kim, and it sort of makes HTC’s current devices look, well… suckish.
Are you excited about all these apps on iPhone and Android, but you really have no clue how to make one for yourself? Google is here to the rescue with App Inventor which allows normal people to create cookie cutter apps for Android smartphones. The question is, will the quality of apps in the Market decline as more of these “slap together” apps are created?

Just when you thought things couldn’t get weird on Flickr, they just did. Someone by the username of Babyschuh has started numerous Flickr groups based on lost articles of children’s clothing. If thats not creepy enough, Babyschuh mentions that “Yes, I like ist to photographed the lost objects and collect a few of them” — things are about to get weird.
Ding-dong the Net is dead, as announced by Prince, but I’m going to take a little different take on this. I’m going to take the position of why Prince may be on to something here. I’m going to go out on a limb and say, “Prince is 100% correct. Don’t worry Prince, here’s one geek that has your back.”
From the department of “why didn’t we think of this earlier”, Google brings you a tool that allows you to see free parking spaces on a map. The app has been dubbed “Open Spot” (Android 2.0 and up) and allows you to view parking spots that have just opened up.
