iPad running iOS 4.2 hands on demo
We are all desperately waiting for iOS 4.2 so that our iPads will be able to multitask like crazy — and even though the update has been pushed from a September release, to a November release, people are still pretty excited. The new OS features multitasking (of course), folders, Game Center, AirPlay, unified email inboxes and a bunch more, including numerous bug fixes and printing.
This video was shot by the chaps at The iPhone Blog, and is really a good demo video (minus some weird camera work). It’s titled “iOS 4.2 for iPad in 10 minutes - TiPb video quick-start guide”, but the video is 7 Min, and noted by a commenter on Youtube “at the end it says 2010 iPod nano in10 minutes” — but never mind that!
HP says webOS tablets are going to be "similar to the iPad"

Nokia N8 release delayed until October »
“The amount of preorders has exceeded our expectations and we are working hard to deliver the Nokia N8 to the market. In some markets, we had planned to start delivering the Nokia N8s to our pre-order customers by the end of September. To ensure a great user experience, we have decided to hold the shipments for a few weeks to do some final amends. We’re thrilled with the response that we’ve had to the Nokia N8 and assure everyone who’ve pre-ordered it already that it’ll be worth the wait! We expect consumers to get their Nokia N8s during October.” - Nokia

Blackberry OS 6 Running on the Bold 9650 - Video
This is one of the first un-official releases of Blackberry’s new version 6 OS. Crackberry has uploaded the OS for you to download, but warns about potential hazards / chunky monkeys:
Download and Warning from Crackberry
Keep in mind this is NOT an official release and as such is not supported by RIM or your Carrier. If you choose to install, do so at your own risk and only if you’re comfortable in the process of upgrading and downgrading your device software. It is quite normal during operating system development for certain features to be crippled or disabled while others are tested, and these beta builds often reflect that. They are not always better. Depending on your BlackBerry comfort level, it may be best for you to wait for community feedback on a build before deciding to download and install for yourself or simply wait for the next official release. If you require support, you will find it in our CrackBerry forums via our extremely knowledgeable community base - do not contact your carrier or RIM for Beta OS technical support (their first course of action will be to advise you to downgrade to a supported OS).
Squarespace upgrades Pricing and Plans - Unlimited Bandwidth and Storage
Well, look what we have here! It looks like web-hosting robin-hood Squarespace has updated their hosting plans, and by the looks of it they have been greatly improved. The previous 5 plans have been shrunken down to just 3 plans, and the prices have been adjusted appropriately. The low end plan has been given a higher price, but packs more features, but the high-end plan totes even more features with a lower price — but there are a few things that strike me as un-fair.

StweetFightr - The only way to fight Justin Bieber on Twitter »
This is probably one of the coolest games ever created, and the most pointless at the same time. I have spent the past 15 minutes fighting with Twitter friends and it is really fun to see Kevin Rose roundhouse kick Justin Bieber to the face. It was created by Carsonified Summer Camp, and “built in 20 minutes” — truly worth checking out…
Why Internet Explorer 9 won't replace IE6 for a long time
8 years has past since IE6 made it’s way onto our computers and into our internets, and even though IE6 helped start the online revolution with new features that no other browser had, it is now holding back online innovation. For years, web designers (such as myself) have been pulling their hair out, desperately inventing fixes and hacks to support this crippled browser.
