Xbox 360 Review - Call of Duty: Black Ops

Another year, another Call of Duty. This phrase really sums up almost all my thoughts on the series at this point because not too much has changed. There’s still your crazy over the top, action packed single player along with the already excellent and refined multiplayer you’ve found in the series to date. In my mind however, we’ve gone since Call of Duty 4 without any substantial changes and that’s starting to become a problem.

Youtube Social - Watch Videos with your Friends

We’ve all done it before - we’ll be on AIM or Skype or whatever messaging service we’re using to talk to friends, and we’ll share with them a link to a video on Youtube. And so we can experience the magic of their first reaction to said video, we say stuff like “tell me when you start watching it”. Well, no more. With Youtube Social, friends can now experience the same video at the same time.

Microsoft - Windows Is Awesome "Just Because"

Microsoft was on a roll with their original “I’m a PC” ads from a few years ago, but recently I think they’ve been drinking too much of Ballmer’s kool-aid because I have no idea how anyone could watch this commercial and not think they’re completely full of themselves.

But just so I get this right: Computers and this digital age is lame unless everything I have uses Windows?

Robots are using Kinect, and we're all dead - Video

“Human found in area: ELIMINATE” — This is the most awesome/scary stuff I have seen in quite a while, it’s a robot that can see things not only see things in 3D, but knows how they look (in a simple way) and could tell if it’s a person, dog or a box — based on the actual 3d space the object takes up. This is fascinating, and will ultimately be the end of mankind. Good job Microsoft.

"It’s a wireless printer! Why would it be plugged in?"

When certain clients decide to be completely stupid — it’s you, the knowledgeable employee that is at fault — no matter what (apparently). It’s your fault that your business didn’t teach the customer the basics of electronics and wireless technology, and it is your fault that you didn’t decide to work in the food industry. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to this poor printer salesman who had to deal with this client from hell.

You can Login to MySpace using Facebook

Well, the new MySpace is here and it seems to be much better. The addition of a new homepage design will really get new users excited, and all of the eye pounding images and videos, everywhere, will tickle the senses of teenagers and music/video fiends everywhere. It all seems really neat, but the most shocking change was the addition of “signing in through Facebook”.

Steve Wozniak Misquoted - He does not think that Android is "better"

Steve Wozniak was quoted saying that “Android phones have more features,” and the publication who quoted him, De Telegraaf, said that ”The operating system of Google seems to win the race. Like Windows dominated the PC world.” Woz stressed that the iPhone “has very few weaknesses”, but that didn’t stop the headlines. — Engadget’s interview after the break!
