Are Apple's Chinese workers being treated poorly?

Last year, Apple was held over the flames for information released about their Chinese workers and namely Foxconn workers. It seemed to have been settled and all acusations were put to rest, but now it’s starting to all un-ravel once again, with Foxconn in the limelight. Is Apple really treating their workers that bad? Well according to this, they might in fact be doing just that.
