Unlocked Palm Pre 2 On Sale for $450, $250 for Developers

The Palm Pre 2 is definitely not the most exciting piece of smartphone hardware you can get out there but we have a different opinion about WebOS 2.0. If you’re just dying to get your hands on the multitaskin’ OS and can’t wait a couple of month for new Palm hardware, then this might just be the phone for you. At $450 unlocked, we can’t really say you’re getting a bargain but if you’re a developer, Palm is willing to knock $200 off that price for you. I don’t know about you but I’m trying to learn as much about coding as I can right now!

Microsoft KIN ONEm and TWOm Now On Sale at Verizon

We can’t say we’re terribly excited about this but the KIN ONE and TWO are back incarnated as the ONEm and TWOm. Priced at $20 and $50 (respectively) on two year contracts, these youth targeted phones aren’t exactly doorbusters but are admittedly better prices than when first announced. Data pricing starts at $10 (a measly 25 MB) tacked onto a minimum $40 per month voice plan. When you’re ready to sign over two years of your life to a device that won’t even work properly, hit up the source links below to buy the KIN ONEm and KIN TWOm

All 360 Degrees of HTC Merge Leaked via Verizon Website - Video

This is just strange. We’ve heard nothing about the HTC Merge/Lexicon for a while now and all of a sudden, Verizon’s website screws up and pops an entire 360 degree Flash file of the phone. It’s obviously been pulled by now but you can still see a Youtube video of it after the break!

Sony Ericsson Anzu (Xperia X12) Given Hands On Preview

This certainly isn’t the first time we’ve seen the Sony Ericsson Anzu leaked but it is the first time we’ve seen it detailed so carefully. We also know now that this will not be a Gingerbread flagship as previously thought. This 854 x 480 4.3” superbeast will run stock Android 2.2 Froyo at launch but will be updated to Android 2.3 Gingerbread shortly after.

As for the prototype unit you see above, it’s only running Android 2.1 at the moment. This new Droid X/EVO 4G competitor is powered by an 800 Mhz Qualcomm MSM7230 “Scorpion” compared to the 1 Ghz QSD8250 Snapdragon in the X10 (a good thing for battery life and graphical elements).

t3ch Review - Stealth Guards for iPod Touch 4G

Everyone’s heard of the famed ZAGG InvisibleShield, but what about Stealth Guards? Basically, it’s a little company that has been handing out free full body coverage films for over a month now. This is a pretty good way to get your name out there if you’re a small company but just how good are the actual films? Let’s take a look.

Grilling Contest - iPhone vs Android vs Windows Phone 7

This certainly isn’t a phone comparison you see everyday and probably isn’t how you’re going to determine which phone to get - but it is definitely a pretty neat publicity stunt! In this viral video, an iPhone 4, T-Mobile G2, and HTC Surround are throw onto an EZ Grill and smoked to a crisp. Which phone can withstand heat the longest? Find out in this video!
