"Xbox Game Room" and Project Natal Launch Details Leaked in CES Interview

Microsoft's Channel 9 developer community site has just accidentally posted an Interview with Robbie Bach, President of the Entertainment & Devices Division with quite a few hours to go before their CES press conference.

In this video, which has just been pulled by Microsoft, Bach starts to discuss details of the "Game Room," a way to bring "retro fun back into gaming." If you go back to October, there was a consumer survey for a virtual Avatar arcade, with one of the titles being "Game Room." Coincidence? I think not!

Quote from Bach on "Game Room" and more after the break

Updated Facebook App for the iPhone

Ladies and gents it's finally here, the 3.1 software is now live and available for you to download asap. After the release of Google's Droid, many Droid users brag that they can sync their contacts with Facebook but for the iPhone users, no longer waiting. As we speak I am updating all my contacts with new numbers and updated profile pictures! The update is simple but includes some very awesome things. First of you can now have push notification for comments, messages, updates, like, and more. As well as like i said, sync your contacts. No more countless hours of creating contacts, putting in their number, email, pictures, aim. So far the app is working great so I recommend you go out and update now!

New Zelda Title (on the Wii) Confirmed for 2010, DS Successor is Motion-Sensitive

Nintendo has been hinting at information about the next Zelda game for Wii for a long time. There was concept art released at E3 2009 (Shown Above) as well as being confirmed to be using the Wii Motion Plus. Nintendo is trying to also make it on a much grander scale then the first one but it "won't be radically different" from previous games. They are expected to unveil it at E3 2010, with Satoru Iwata, the president of Nintendo, just confirming that it will in fact be released in 2010. I'm going to guess that they are planning a Winter 2010 release date if they are planning to unveil it at E3 however it's possible this could be a Japanese only release date.

In the same interview by Asahi Shimbun, Iwata also talked, very briefly, about a successor to the DS (and not just another revision). From the man himself, he stated to the Japenese newspaper that the new handheld will have "highly detailed graphics, and it will be necessary to have a sensor with the ability to read the movements of people playing."

He then stated that this is not the time to talk about the successor considering the DS is still selling like crazy.

So, does a new Zelda title have you interested? Or are you tired of the series?

Do you want another handheld with "Motion-Sensitivity?" Or are you worried your going to have Wii motion control on their next handheld?

New Mad Catz Cyborg R.A.T. gaming mouse will eat your old mouse

If this does not make you wish you had one right now, I don't know what will. This thing is a behemoth of a mouse and of you don't think its awesome, you suck. The Mad Catz line of USB Cyborg mice feature adjustable ergonomics/weights, insane DPIs up to 5600 and prices that peak at $130. We have no clue what all the screws, buttons and do-dads are for, but were sure thats the whole point.
