HTC wants the iPad, iPhone and iPod banned - taking legal action
HTC seems to be hot under the collar, and they have done it - they have filed a patent complaint against Apple and they are asking for a complete ban on the iPhone, iPad, and iPod. Now, we all have to look at this in reality’s terms:
HTC: Hey, Apple! Stop selling those iPads, iPods and iPhones (shakes fist)
Apple: LOL! - Someone get them out of our hair, give em’ a shuffle or something…

Well, Steves keynote has been completely spoiled - and man oh man, these iPhone 4’s seem to be crushing the iPad hype, and winning our hearts over time after time. It is still sporting that classy industrial look, and looks to be housing a downsized, Apple branded A4 chip which is shown in this picture, “Enhanced by Gizmodo” (Good job for enhancing it and adding a watermark Giz!) - More info after the break!
