Apple is Worth More Than Microsoft
Apple is Worth More Than Microsoft
Apple has just surpassed Microsoft in market capitalization and is now second only to Exxon Mobil among U.S. companies. This is 1 infinite step for Apple, and there is no signs of slowing down, with an almost guaranteed growth spurt when the new iPhone 4G launches.
Microsoft on the other hand has dropped almost 10%, and continues to drop like an iron slab in a sea of corporate disappointment. Ignoring my horrible attempt at “creative journalism” I encourage you to - Read more
PS3 Review - 3D Dot Game Heroes
If you ask me, most of this generation’s gamers are all about graphics. They believe the notion that the more polygons on screen the better. But I remember a time when games were all about, y’know, the games! When games were made up of 2 dimensional figures and it took real brains to progress to the final stages. But for the most part that simplicity is gone, however though, at times that same simplicity reappears and flares up in current generation games - 3D Dot Game Heroes is that present game. It does the oldies of gaming justice, plays around with the idea, and gave this nostalgic player a truly memorable playthrough.

The 10 Best Shots From Dribbble - Spring 2010
Have you ever Dribbbled before? If not, you are missing out and you should ask for an invite - @itsbrandond (me) love Dribbble to death, and even though I haven’t gotten an invite yet (I would like one) I will be the first in line when the time comes where you can sign up, publicly.
Dribbble is a new innovative way for designers, artists and developers to share the stuff they are working on, and get some really useful feedback. You make these things called “shots”, which are 400 x 300 pixel screen grabs of what you are working on. Since there have been almost 2 billion pixles uploaded, there is a lot of really cool shots to look at. I have done some searching, and found the 10 best shots from Dribbble in Spring 2010.

BREAKING: Facebook Launching New Privacy Features
BREAKING: Facebook Launching New Privacy Features
Welcome back everybody, into the endless loop of “fixing things” brought to you with loving intent by Facebook.
Facebook isn’t going take the initiative to remove the mounds of confusing privacy controls that let you customize settings for very specific elements of your profile. They are instead going to “simplify” them, but to what extent, we don’t know.
Mashable has more info, and also an in-depth guide to the new settings - Read more

Rise of the iPad Sausage Stylus
Rise of the iPad Sausage Stylus
First off, the review you are about to read was typed using two sausages on Rosa Golijan’s iPad.
“These sausage styluses make you look a bit silly in public, but they spare your screen from greasy fingerprints and are great if you’re wearing gloves”
When I read this review I almost doubled over in laughter, but after taking the iPhone/iPad Sausage Stylus seriously, I realized that this could be the next trend. MMMmmmm - Read more
Android 2.2 'Froyo' enables 802.11n WiFi

You know what we like? Raw cookie dough and pizza, but a close second is 802.11n WiFi. The folks over at AndroidCentral and Fone Frenzy recently noticed that their respective Nexus One’s were browsing the web at Wireless N speeds (to clarify: when paired with a Wireless N capable router). Surprisingly enough, it appears that Froyo (Android 2.2) has managed to enable 802.11n functionality behind the scenes. The only question left to ask is: Why didn’t Google tell anyone?

Yahoo CEO tells TechCrunch's Michael Arrington to F*ck Off
Michael Arrington is an annoying guy, apparently. I mean if he can get the mellow, and cool-headed Leo Laporte to say, “Screw you [blankity blank blank]”, then there shouldn’t be any surprise when he ticked off Yahoo!’s CEO, Carol Bartz, to point of her calling TechCrunch a “tiny company” and eventually ending with a “f*ck off”.
Mike, you are a master troll.
