Get an Apple TV (Black Model) for $80

No, this isn’t one of those “blow-out-the-old-Apple TV” sales, but it is pretty sweet. We’ve got the new hockey puck Apple TV priced at $80 on MacConnection for today and probably also for Black Friday. That’s a full $20 off the $99 retail price tag from Apple. Get one while you can because we don’t quite know how long the deal will last, and if there will be any left!

Apple's Black Friday Sale starts in Australia - Also, Apple can't seem to do Math

Ah, the great land of Australia — where baseline Nano’s cost $199 and 13 inch Macbook Airs cost A$1,599.00. Apple has decided to bless the folks down-under with some pretty depressing deals like $121.00 off a Macbook Air, $51.00 off a 16GB iPad, and a “whopping” $25.00 off the iPod Nano. This all seems snazzy, but there is a few things wrong with Apple’s math.

Steam Black Friday Deal - Give and Get

If Steam didn’t have a Black Friday Sale this year, we would cry. Alas, they do have one and it appears to also be a Thanksgiving sale. What does this deal entail? Well, you can buy multiple licenses of a certain game (like 10 copies of Half Life 2 for $20) to give to your friends and save. See? Give and get!

A $1870 buy new option for the lowest end 11.6” might leave you wondering if you should’ve gotten a MacBook Pro instead but at least your super niche market will be even more unique right? More pricing options and traditional Colorware video after the break!

PlayStation Russia Fail - Leaks out Mass Effect 3 on Twitter

I want to start this article by saying I am not a fanboy. I find all the consoles have both positives and negatives, and I would have a very difficult time choosing a favorite if I were forced to. That being said, I could not help but laugh when I heard about what Sony had tweeted recently.

So Nintendo is NOT Exhibiting at CES 2011

Contrary to what its press release said, the CEA is now saying they accidentally mentioned Nintendo when listing companies who would be attending and exhibiting at CES 2011. Chalk it up to a typo, but I’m sure people are pretty bummed about this because I know I sure am — Details after the break.
