Zero Punctuation Reviews iPhone games
If anything, the iPhone has become one of the leading devices in gaming, and the apps keep rolling in and the games are plentiful. Zero Punctuation gives his take on iPhone gaming, and in reality he is completely right. Not only do iPhone games present a very rare sense of innovation, but their also cheap, so it’s a win win right?
One Chance - the game you can only play once... seriously
In a day in age where games like Heavy Rain take all the spotlight for their cinematic nature, it’s hard to imagine a flash game, whose visuals look like they belong on an Atari, could impress upon the gaming community so much the way it has in the past few days. And with a story whose decisions are permanent in every sense of the word, One Chance only gives you literally one chance to play it through — Details after the break!

Google Nexus S commercial - Stare endlessly at peoples feet
If there was such a thing as an “interestingly awful” commercial, this would take the prize. Google’s new Nexus S commercial is interestingly awful because 90% of the time spent is staring at peoples feet, and only a few times do you get a glimpse at the device. We had no clue what was going on but oddly enough, I really liked the the ad overall — if it were for a shoe commercial that is…
Google Handing Out Free Chrome OS Laptops and Nexus S's
No, we’re not kidding! Let’s start with the free Chrome OS laptops; As a part of their “Pilot Program,” Google is giving away a bunch of Cr-48 Chrome Notebooks to random Google users as a way to beta test the Chrome OS before release. All you have to do to get in on this is fill out a short form on their site and boom, you’re good to go. They will contact you and send a Chrome laptop over your way if they think you qualify! Speaking of “ChromeBooks,” let me tell you a bit about the CR-48 itself…

Crazy awesome BMX stunts shot in slow-motion using a Canon 7D
This is another great example of creating something from nothing, and converting 60FPS to 2000FPS - and if your wondering “do you just pull the extra frames out of your butt?” you’d be right. A piece of software called “Twixor” has become the new secret weapon for indi film-makers, allowing them to squeeze 2000FPS slow motion visuals, out of a standard 60FPS DSLR. Truly awesome!
WoW Cataclysm Midnight Launch - What you missed
Yesterday, we headed out to our local game store to wait outside for World of Warcraft Cataclysm which was scheduled to go on sale at midnight. Little did we know we would be standing outside in -23° Celsius ( -9.4° Fahrenheit ) snowy weather for 3+ hours with nothing but coats, shoes and coffee. Even though we were freezing our butts off, it was really fun to meet new friends, and swap stories. Now, we present to you, T3ch H3lp at the World of Warcraft Cataclysm Midnight Launch! — Also, watch the video on Youtube »
Podcast Ep. 14 - The internet is not a big truck!
In this weeks episode, we start off by talking about some gadget news and Kinect hacks — but after the fun stuff, we dive into Wikileaks and the fact that our open internet could come to an end very easily, due to brand-new laws and the FCC being interested in a tiered internet. After all this, we talk about WoW Cataclysm and what we think about the World of Warcraft. It’s an epic show, so feel free to listen after the break!
