That said, Microsoft has finally released some details in relation to its upcoming Windows Phone 7 update. And while the update isn’t going to be bringing the slew of features once thought, it does lend its wares to several issues. — More after the break!

Microsoft identifies Windows Phone 7 data leak culprit, finds ActiveSync issue in the process

You may remember a while back we reported on Windows Phone 7’s mysterious data phantom and Microsoft’s subsequent investigation into the matter. Well, now that the computer mogul has had time to conduct a thorougher investigation, it has come to light that the infamous 3G Data abusing culprit was none other than Yahoo Mail. That’s right, Yahoo Mail — saying it once for effect just doesn’t have the same sávoir-vivre as the second time. — More after the break!

How Amazon's Kindle sales overtook paperback sales

As far as e-book retailers are concerned, none are mightier than Amazon. Since launching Kindle services Amazon has thrived on one mentality… allow the consumer to access their content wherever they may please. Unlike other e-tailers, Amazon has released apps on all major smartphone platforms, as well as on Windows, Mac, and the iPad; thus in turn raising a consumer base from the several million actually in possession of an Amazon branded Kindle e-reader, to tens of millions of consumers in possession of the free to download Amazon Kindle application. — More after the break!
