Apple may be making a mini iPad - Rumor

Yes, this has happened - and someone had to start the spiral downwards to the slightest chance that there may be an iPad… Nano?

Yes ladies and gentlemen, Apple is apparently working on a smaller iPad, and not one part of me can come to see why it would resemble even the slightest amount of common sense.

DigiTimes is reporting that Apple is currently scheduling a 5-7 inch version of its tablet-style iPad device for introduction as early as Q1 next year. The device will cost less than $400 and be focused on the eBook market.

I already have a developer preview of the new iPad Mini (which you can see here) and I am very impressed the way they take the iPad apps a shrink them down. Good job Apple!

Rumor - Marvel vs. Capcom 3 coming soon

Last September we received fully detailed information in what we could expect in the, then yet unannounced, Super Street Fighter 4. Now almost 7 months later, all that leaked info was 100% correct. Well, now that same guy has come out and given us details on Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 and better believe we’re listening!

The user known as Henaki:

Marvel VS Capcom 3 is getting announced in May of this year.
Super SF4 is coming to PC (dunno when, sorry).

Read the full leak after the break!

Rumor - New firmware causing issues for some PS3's

There have been some rumors circling around the internet community that installing the latest firmware update has bricked a couple PS3 fats. Apparently the butt of the problem seems to be affecting 60GB fat models. This is unconfirmed and we aren’t sure how wide scale this issue, as our own PS3’s are doing just fine, but the message boards are full of concerns from users all around.

Check after the jump for more info on the 3.21 firmware update…

Rumor - Xbox 360 Arcade bundle for $99

This seems like a crazy deal: two games plus the console itself for only $99 bucks?! It seems a bit far fetched but then again Gamestop usually don’t post up the wrong info, unless of course this was just a typo, which I can see happening; some dude at his computer late in the evening accidentally forgets to put in a 1 before the two 9’s.

Don’t get too excited now kiddies. Take this rumor with a grain of salt for now.

Rumor - More Nintendo 3DS details

Every single blog in existence talked and speculated on it today, Nintendo’s newest addition to the gaming family, the 3DS. And why wouldn’t they? When Nintendo does anything the world stops and watches, as they rightfully should.

New details via Japanese magazine Nikkei, who’s been right more times often than not, has some interesting features rumored to be in the upcoming Nintendo handheld:

  • analog stick
  • vibration pack
  • accelerometer still a maybe
  • sped up wireless connection
  • better battery life
  • a screen smaller than 4 inches

As always, rumors are rumors - take them with a grain of salt.

Rumor: Microsoft in talks to bring Hulu to Xbox Live

First Netflix, Twitter, Facebook, Last.FM, now Microsoft has its eyes set on video streaming giant, Hulu. According to GoFanboy.com a source close to the software giant is saying that a deal is close to being made to bring Hulu to Xbox Live. No other information is out at the moment, so we can only speculate if it'll be a free addition to current Xbox Live Gold members or if it'll require a new paid model being introduced by Hulu. Either way, if this goes down then this could bring some major changes to the way we watch tv in the future! I'm pretty psyched by this so stayed tuned for any other info that comes our way.
