t3ch Review - LapDawg x4 Laptop Desk

It’s no secret that the key to doing great work on a computer is being comfortable. And it’s even more important when it comes to using a laptop; What’s the proper way to set it down on your lap, should you use a desk, and what about ergonomics and the way it affects your arms and back when using it? When you think about it, there are a ton of factors that come into play when you’re thinking about spending time with your laptop. So when I got a chance to mess around with the LapDawg X4 Laptop Stand - a product I’ve been curious about for a while - I wanted to challenge it to see if it could keep me comfortable no matter what position I put it in.

The Muppets lay into the LOST writers

The Muppets lay into the LOST writers

If there was a single question you could ask Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse, two of the genius writers behind LOST, what would you ask them? With so much hype surrounding the final season, and only 3 episodes left until it’s all said and done, the Muppets, Rizzo the Rat and Bobo the Bear got that chance.

“Where does the Dharma food come from?”

Oooo so close. They almost actually answered it too! Well, if it’s any consolation, at least we know that they have to answer it before it’s all over.

Darkspawn Chronicles DLC Announced for Dragon Age, Creates Alternate Timeline

I know, I know, Bioware makes some stellar games but they still haven’t broken out of their bad DLC habit but that looks like it could change with the recently announced Darkspawn Chronicles DLC for Dragon Age: Origins. Interestingly enough, it creates an alternate timeline where your character dies at the beginning of the game and you play as the Darkspawn, the evil beings of Dragon Age’s world. It’s a great idea and boy am I looking forward to it!

First look at Gears of War 3 - Gameplay Scans

A Russian games magazine posted some “leaked” gameplay and plot information about Gears of War 3 earlier in the week, and it sorta ticked off Cliffy B, the games designer, seeing as he had to use Twitter to inform everyone to ignore the mis-translated article. Well, that magazine has since come out, and to our delight so have some really sweet looking gameplay scans. AllGamesBeta has scans of armor sporting Anya, a sleeveless Marcus Fenix, and some multiplayer maps.

Facebook security hole lets you view your friends live chats

What’s the need for security on the internet these days? - Security seems to be the least of Facebooks worries because if they can let something like this slip, they were probably too busy working on something else to monitor the well being of our privacy. Facebook, get in the game or you are going to see people jumping off your island with their sanity tightly held in their arms.
