PS3 Review - Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit

Need for Speed has been a long time staple of the racing genre in video games, and after countless titles that have delved from everything from street racing down to realistic driving settings, Hot Pursuit brings the series back to its roots - back to a time where it was all about the chases between Cops and Racers with fancy cars. — Read our full review after the break!

Kinect Hacked for Vocaloid - Hastune Miku game imminent

Hatsune Miku, otherwise known the world over as the original Vocaloid, has finally made her way onto the Kinect. About time! We all knew this day would come, but just how soon was anyone’s guess. She’s made the jump from the fan-adoring 3D stage down to the average fan’s living room. This can’t be good! -_-;

Ninjas are back in this insane Nexus S unboxing "Video"

We’ve seen these guys unbox the Nexus One before and were already pretty amused, but this time things have just gotten wild. What starts out looking like a normal YouTube video soon turns into a wall of ninjas leaping around grabbing Nexus S’s from ad boxes. Not quite sure what I mean? Check out the video for a mindblowing experience! Oh, and by the way, scroll down after the video for a pair of interactive nunchucks you can use to whip the comments around.

Now we’re not sure exactly when this app is going to launch, but Sony’s been kind enough to explain some of the features we’ll see when it launches “soon” in Europe. Sorry, USA, but there’s no mention of when you’ll be getting it yet. — More details after the break!

Classy Unboxing - ts02+ Headphones by Thinksound

Ever since @RicardoTrejo reviewed the ts02+ headphones, I have been asking him if they would be right for me because they looked awesome, and the whole “wood earphone casing” thing is super awesome. I was worried that it was all about the style, and (like most headphone makers) the actual sound quality would be second priority. Ricardo reassured me that the sound was fantastic, and I am happy to say it is some of the best sound I have ever heard from earbuds — See my classy unboxing after the break!

App Review - The Incident (iPhone and iPad)

Some people are turned off by games without photo-realistic graphics, and if you’re one of them then you might first be turned off by The Incident. But if you’re a fan of Doodle Jump, or even just enjoy 8-bit art and music, then you will LOVE this game. Made by Big Bucket Software, this indie pick is definitely one of the most addicting iPhone games ever invented. Want to know why? — Read on for a full review by @obligedcarton and @theobamanizer!

Our Favorite cartoon characters turned into creepy monsters

Our Favorite cartoon characters turned into creepy monsters

If anything, this will bring nightmares to children all over the world, but in terms of “art”, this is super cool! Artist Dieter VDO has taken some of our favorite cartoon and videogame characters, and turned them into little gremlin-like creatures that creep us out. Can you name all of the characters in the photo?
