Love’em or hate’em Gizmodo always seems to be the place where iPhone designs leak first. And here they’ve gotten some images taken from a Chinese factory that has created their very own iPhone 5 clone for use in developing cases. Well, this is another step in robots becoming self aware (yadda yadda yadda) killing us (blah blah blah blah) robot apocalypse (blah blah blah!!!) — You’ve heard it all before but now we’re seeing it. This is the end of life as we know it… first pouring water and making tea… next it’s bringing a city to it’s knees…
Ahhhh, the dream of working at a famous tech company is one we all have day to day. Imagine working at Google, Twitter, Facebook or even Apple? It would be so awesome to develop, design and innovate with those companies, and move down to the valley where all the action is — sorta be part of a revoloution! — but of course, there’s the money too…
This game is shaping up to be a real contender to MW3. Battleifled 3 pre-order numbers are matching Black-Ops pre-orders and has already sold more than 10 times that of Bad Company 2. This is some Alpha Gameplay footage — there are some glitches and framerate issues, but that’s due to the game not being finished yet.
This week we talk some pretty important stuff like Anime Expo 2011, Captain America (is it good, bad, ugly?), MacBook Battery hacking, 3DS price cuts (now just $169), Battlefield 3 Alpha testing and Apple now has more money than the US Government. It’s a pretty fact-paced show due mostly to the fact that Brandon discovered he had about 5 minutes of batteries left on his MacBook Pro (which was capturing the main recording of the show) so we had to blast through the news — and we really dig the fast pace! Last thing we post that’s EVO related for a while, I promise! But I had to share this project that ChubbyBoyFilms debuted before the Street Fighter finals on american street fighter, Balrog — or known around the world as M. Bison. Not much is known about his origin, or how he even came to change his name, but all is revealed in this tell-all documentary chronicling the life of someone who just “wanted to get paid”.
Daigo and Justin Wong seemed to be different worlds than the one where EVO2k11 — the world’s biggest tournament and grandest stage for all things fighting games — was held. Newcomers from all around the world came to show off their stuff, and there’s no shortage of verbage to describe the feat that some of these unknowns accomplished. — More after the break!
