Walmart "temporarily" price cutting Xbox 360 this week, sign of things to come?

Nintendo’s coming out with a non-GCN compatible version of the Wii for what we assume is a reduced price, Sony’s slashed $50 off its current PS3 model — now we’re just waiting for Microsoft to do somthing similar, especially with the holidiays coming up. Though they have continuously denied that such a mark down would happen, yet Wal-Mart has an advertised Xbox deal with $50 mysteriously being shed for this week. Sony’s NEX-VG20 camcorder / DSLR hybrid is official

After weeks of internet rumors and speculation Sony has officially announced the successor to the avant-garde NEX-VG10: the NEX-VG20. The NEX-VG10 broke new ground with its interchangeable lens capability, making it a hybrid of sorts between a Camcorder and Sony’s NEX DSLR. With more and more amateur filmmakers — and even bigger budget films like Captain America — utilizing the video capabilities of DSLR for video, the NEX-VG10 stepped in with a traditional form factor, and impressive features that would make custom DSLR video rigs a thing of the past; but it wasn’t perfect. — More after the break!

Rumor - Nintendo redesigning 3DS, adding extra circle pad

So get this, after already slicing the 3DS by over 30%, the legendary firm is thinking about redesigning the 3DS and adding a second circle pad… or so goes the rumor. Actually, it doesn’t end there! A Formula One fan has had his wish granted by Ross Brawn, the boss of the F1 Mercedes team. After he lost his hand, he realize that he needed a new one to achieve the things he wanted to achieve, but couldn’t afford it. He decided to write a letter to Ross and ask him to pitch in for the bionic arm — long story short, he gets the arm, and Mercedes is now helping manufacture the arms… super rad!
