Stealth Motorola Droid commercial - Epic

Remember those DROID "iDont" ads? Yeah, they are old news -- now we have a new commercial to get all giddy about. It features some stealth planes, some alien pods that crash into earth, and farmers who are like WTF? Sounds like a promo for Independence day II and apperently most people think this is the best advert for a mobile phone ever, we challenge anyone to argue that.

BREAKING: Nov 3rd - T-Mobile USA down nation wide

Everyone is getting reports from every corner of the country tonight that our beloved T-Mobile service is down or intermittent on both voice and data, particularly bad timing in light of the recent Sidekick drama. Reports started coming in as early as Nov 3rd (yesterday) which is startling.

This is an official statement from T-Mobile:

"T-Mobile customers may be experiencing service disruptions impacting voice and data. Our rapid response teams have been mobilized to restore service as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as more information is available."

Also, reports are flooding in that if someone just calls your number, the get a audible message that reads "That number is no longer in service" which indicates something is wrong. Is your T-Mobile service broken?

Squarespace Now On the iPhone and its free!

Well fellow Squarespacers, it's finally here! Apple finally came through and after months of reviewing and accidentally uploading the beta, the real app in live in iTunes.

This app is perfect for a Squarespacer who has a blog or just wants to check their stats on there page. Features include Blog management, site stats, posting blogs, preview, multiple accounts, editing post, even uploading multiple images in real time to your site.

Many users like myself have been waiting for this app to come out and I'm happy to say it's amazingly simple, smooth, and easy to use program that just works. For God sakes if you have an iPhone, check it out because it's FREE. Of course you do need a Squarespace account but if you don't, try the 14 day free trial on the site, and if you want 10% off every monthly payment, use our coupon code t3chh3lp.

As much as i love it, there are three things i wish it would have. First for stats, I wish it would say if the view were unique, page views, or robots like it shows in the picture. Also I am a editor for this site but not Full account, I'm only an add-on and for some reason I can't add it on my accounts. Third I wish i could re-size photos and select where they are in the text rather than have all the photos at the top of the post.

All in all it is a great program I would have easily paid for but because the good people at Squarespace are so nice, it's FREE -- Get it here

Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 | Official pictures and video

Sony has come out with some pretty posh phones in the past years, but this one looks to be the most advanced one yet. The GUI is looking to be on-par with the stuff HTC is doing with Android. It reminds me a little of Windows Media Center.

The phone showed up in some official photos and they look impressive. The GUI looks great considering first Sony Ericsson's inaugural steps into Android territory. And the OS is not the only impressive part -- the XPERIA packs a 1GHz Snapdragon chip from Qualcomm, a wide 4-inch capacitive touch display, and an 8.1 megapixel camera with LED flash. You can see the XPERIA in all its glory in our photo album.

Twitter launches new Lists Widget

Twitter lists is now the hottest trend on the interwebs right now, and everyone uses them -- heck so do we! Lists are a great new addition for not just promoting, or suggestions but also for giving users the option to "bulk" follow their friends list. Also this is a good thing for the people in the list, because hey we could all use more followers!

The cool thing is Twitter launched some official widgets for you to take your lists outside of Twitter and onto your webpage. It shows all the tweets by everyone in your list, and at the bottom there is a link that says "Join the conversation" that brings people back to your list on twitter.

You can choose how many tweets to show, set the intervals, hide hashtags. There are also a good number of other options. Best of all, these widgets offer Realtime auto-updating -- it makes a live stream of your List's Tweets. Check it out here!

Meet Nanami Madobe, Windows 7 Japanese Mascot

There's a formula that is working beyond belief right now in Japan: mix anything with anime and it'll sell. Just take a look at the Evangelion version of the Docomo Sharp SH-06A cell phone - 20,000 pre-orders sold out within 5 hours of them being available. So if Microsoft has learned anything it's that they need to appeal to the Japanese consumer if they want to maximize their reach.

Meet Nanami Madobe, the Windows 7 anime mascot (note the Windows logo hair clip), and say hello to some high res wallpapers featuring the "OS-tan" at Sankaku Complex (be warned the wallpapers are G-Rated, but the site itself is NSFW!)
