Xbox Live Rewards Program sorta Detailed

Everything is summed up in the image shown above... and, uhhh, other that there isn't much else to say. Just to clarify, earlier certain Xbox Live users were sent an email saying they were chosen for this rewards program. At the moment I'm not sure if these program will apply to everyone on Live, or only those select few - I'm leaning towards the latter.

This doesn't seem to be the rewards program people have been looking forward to. It just seems like using people to buy your stuff, rather than actually rewarding them. I'm pretty disappointed that all those achievements I've been striving for are only being used as a measurement of my e-peen, rather than being set aside for something, ummm, useful. Sigh

Adobe issues direct hit at Apple with Flash message to iPhone users

Adobe has been pulling all the stops against Apple in hopes of fending for the little heard voices of us, iPhone users. Why Apple has not given Adobe the ability to port flash to the iPhone, only Mr. Jobs knows but we do know this. Adobe has now taken yet another step towards Flash for all of us (lets just hope Steve sees it)

Visiting Adobe's Flash download page from an iPhone or iPod touch now shows a very heated message informing the user that they're getting ripped off by Apple:

"Apple restricts the use of technologies required by products like flash player. Until Apple eliminates these restrictions, Adobe cannot provide Flash Player for the iPhone or iPod touch"

Why wouldn't Apple get flash on the iPhone  ASAP? Its one of the most used web mediums in the world, and is a portal to lots of websites, and most videos.

Is it a Hardware or performance issue? or is Apple just holding off to magically release it later on. Also did you know there is an FM radio, and an FM transmitter in your iPhone and iPod touch? Yeah, they held off on that too...

250GB PS3 found in Best Buy backroom - On sale tomorrow?

Everyone was all pizazzed up about the PS3 launch, and suprized that it outsold the Wii and 360. But now there is more fun where that came from. US gamers will now be getting their own 250GB PlayStation 3 Slim bundle, due to hit stores on November 3rd (tomorrow) for $349.99, and it has already been spotted causing trouble at a Best Buy in Houston. No other difference beyond the storage capacity, and of course you can always swap out the 2.5-inch SATA drive yourself with warranty kept intact.

Orange UK iPhone plan pricing in detail

We're about  a week off from the iPhone coming to the UK, in style. For those of you across the pond wondering how many bones your gonna fork out, you now have your answer thanks to a confusing but thoroughly helpful bunch of tables and charts that lay out the costs of the phones, plans, and the various extras to be included. The cool part is, the plans are very well thought out. Those daring enough to sign up for 24 months can get a shiny 8GB iPhone 3G for free for a minimum of £29.36 ($48) per month, with unlimited "Mobile internet browsing" and WiFi (we thought the WiFi was a given, but what the heck)

The cool part is the Pay-as-you-go pans are pretty neat. The 8GB 3G will cost you £343 ($561), while the 32GB 3GS is a rather more painful £539 ($881) and when you are thinking "Man what a rip off" just think that you would be paying well over £1,400 a year for that 32GB 3GS plan. So pay £539 for the phone, and have the flexibility of a Pay-as-you-go, doesn't make much sense. But the 8GB 3G for £343 with pay as you go? That sounds ok! what do you think?

uTorrent 2.0 - will Elimininate the need for ISP Throttling

Everyone uses torrent's, and none of us can deny it. Either a few here and there, or non-stop for your music fetish. In some country's, its ok but in all country's, its frowned upon by ISP's. In fact ISPs have been throttling BitTorrent traffic for years already, and they still do. When network neutrality was still not a big issue for most people, Torrent users were just told to "switch to another provider who doesn't throttle" or "Complain". A lot of things have changed. ISP's took actions to throttle BitTorrent traffic, and started to prevent users from seeding content on BitTorrent.

More After the break!

inPulse - a Phone On Your Wrist?

Okay so it's NOT a phone on your wrist but it is stylish, comfortable, clean, and shows all your text, mail, and calls as they come to your phone. the inPulse is unfortunately only for the BlackBerry smartphone accessory. It's a watch that connects directly to you phone through BlueTooth, which alerts you to incoming texts, emails, call. You can check whose calling, part of the text, and email without taking you phone out of your pocket.

Sadly you can't text back or anything but still you could have it in one of your classes and not have your phone get taken away when you just check what it says.
At a price of $149 its a great digital watch and if your going to get a watch, why not get and awesome one to connect to your phone to enhance your digital lifestyle.

iPhone and Windows 7 don't work - Intel's P55 chipset Incompatibly

Windows 7 has been a huge success, and why should anything screw it up? Especially for Mac guys, who thought they'd give Win 7 a try. Well, now your iPhone does not work with  Windows 7. You'd think these should work together because everyone has an iPhone, and everyone soon will have Win 7. It appears to be issues with Intel's P55 Express chipset's USB controller. For the past while, complaints from users have been clogging a thread on Apple's discussion board.

In most cases - iTunes 9 for Windows will recognize the iPhone, but when a sync is attempted, users are greeted with a cryptic "error 0xE8000065" - an iPhone-connection failure notification. What have you experienced?
