Infinity Ward says that Modern Warfare 2 has been a success on PC, despite controversy

Now you're all probably playing Modern Warfare 2 right now and enjoying the heck out of it, but did you know that before the game was released that the PC community was enraged that Infinity Ward were removing dedicated server support from the PC version of the game? This resulted in the creation of an online petition that had over 225,000 signatures from the community to put dedicated servers back into the game.

Despite this, Robert Bowling, the community manager over at Infinity Ward, has posted on the Official Modern Warfare 2 PC forums that while the PC version didn't sell nearly as much as the console version, it did apparently outsell the PC version of Call of Duty 4 in it's first week of release. The forum post is followed by a lot of negative criticism towards Bowling's comments, with most of the posters saying that the huge amount of hype made it sell a ton of copies on the PC.

Pandemic Takes Revenge... On EA Printer

Last week EA closed Mercenaries and the Saboteur's developer, Pandemic studio. Now, a few ex-employees have apparently taken their revenge on an EA printer. Apparently, the poor, innocent piece of electronics in the video above was used throughout The Saboteur's long development stretch.

If that's all EA's lost in its mass-firing of Pandemic employees, it should probably consider itself lucky. Oh, how I love Office Space parody's.

Most of us know that the iPhone wasn't the first smartphone but it did change the world of smartphones. Today I'm going to go through the top 10 ways the iPhone changed the world of smartphones and even cell phones forever.

Touch DJ app give you turntables in your iPhone

Always wanted to DJ but never had the money to afford a system? Now their is Touch DJ for your iPhone and iPod Touch for only $20. This app is awesome and polished perfectly. It enables users to independently manipulate two MP3 or M4A files, including: scratching, looping, positioning, effects, pitch, and just mixing in general. The system uses a visual mixing style that usually cost hundreds of dollars. The app uses tapping, pinching, scrolling, and more to create and elegant and easy to using mix. Sadly the app can't use the songs from you iTunes library so you will have to use the app's own MP3 library and reload your tracks. Still this is a perfect app for beginners and pros to use, and if you go to a party that needs  DJ!

How to use an Apple Magic Mouse with Windows

Apple's Magic mouse is a very appealing product, not because it looks like something from 2023, or it has multitouch gestures, but because it is something else we can hack. You can go grab one at an Apple store (don't wear your I'm a PC shirt) for about 70 bucks. We'll give you 30 min, 40 min if you need to grab a coffee while your out. Then come back after to find out how after the break.
