Lead Facebook Movie Actor Jesse Eisenberg doesn't use Facebook

From the department of “sense, this makes none”, lead actor in The Social Network movie, Jesse Eisenberg, admits he doesn’t use Facebook, but treats Zuckerberg like an idol. That fact alone is pretty funny, but this is where it gets strange — the Director of The Social Network, David Fincher, who has the daunting task of documenting Facebook’s creation — has also admitted he never uses Facebook. Also, Jesse hasn’t seen the movie yet.

HP Slate Hands on - Dissapointment and Regret

HP Slate Hands on - Dissapointment and Regret

Look what we have here! It is an HP Slate — which after being canceled, dismissed and forgotten, has popped up in a hands on video, with the early prototype. Sadly, it looks to be (yet another) half assed tablet that runs a desktop OS. HP doesn’t seem to realize that fingers aren’t supposed to use a desktop interface! Tiny little buttons, and… and a mouse?

Now one thing is very clear — this isn’t aimed at the consumer market (and if it is, lord help them). I regret ever having put “hope” into the HP slate, because after seeing the prototypes and feeling the excitement — this really let me down. It’s like stepping back into the 90’s and watching someone struggle with a tablet PC (that your supposed to use a pen with), and tap everything 5 times until it finally registers. This tablet demonstrates everything that is wrong with full OS’s on tablets…

Apple's Gamecenter and Finding Friends

A short while ago, Gamecenter was released for the iPhone and iPod Touch. Gamecenter was supposed to be a network to share scores with your friends, win achievements, and have an all-in-one place for your games that you already love. I have recently discovered that the serviceis quite interesting — getting achievements while playing Zen Bound was very satisfying along with the beautiful UI of the app.

Poolga.com - The place for Artsy iPhone and iPad wallpapers

One thing I always have trouble with personally is finding the perfect wallpaper for my iPhone and iPad. I mean, is it too much to ask for something besides the cliche landscape wally or a half naked model? Well, luckily for me, and for you in effect, I discovered a pretty awesome site by the name of Poolga.com that takes care of this problem once and for all. With hundreds of beautiful and creative works done by countless artists from around the globe, it’s the one stop shop for a wallpaper guaranteed to not be shared by millions.
