Closest to the real deal renders of the iPhone 5 we've seen so far

T-minus one more month and counting ‘til the ‘supposed’ annual conference that Apple usually holds for iPod products will be going down — and with it the ‘supposed’ unveiling of the next iteration of the miracle-maker, the iPhone 5. We’ve heard stories, we’ve seen glimpses, but here’s your first real look at what might truly be what you’ll be holding very soon and boy does it look delicious. — More after the break!

Nintendo's 3DS gets a 'Flame Red' makeover on September 9th

During the days of the N64 Nintendo released like 10 bajillion colors and versions of the console and its controller, and that made the system that much more special to each individual owner.  Butwhen the Wii came out Nintendo promised a similar scheme but never even came close to releasing even a third color. Well, the 3DS may be off to a good start introducing a new color starting September 9th. — More after the break!

One of the funniest Apple hoaxes we've seen (look closely) - Video

Pause at 0:00 and look at the URL in the URL bar. It says file://Users/Peter/Desktop/iPhone%205/Website%20Pictures/home.html and then quickly changes to a spoof’d URL — Peter has created a clone of the Apple website and created a (pretty well done) fake iPhone 5 page, and posing it as if it were real. All of his hard work has gone to waste though because of that one, single minor slip up at the beginning.

Life and technology in the year 2050 - Infographic

People have predicted the future before (hell, they said we’d have flying cars by now) and failed, or missed the ball entirely — but this time ‘round, it’s a short look 50 years into the future where people are a little less confident. Technology’s advancements, energy use, medicine and more. Sure this infographic may never come true, but it’s always interesting to get a taste of life might be like in 50 years.

How to pair a PS3 controller with your Android device for no-touch gaming - (Video)

Touch controls on newer tablet and smartphones can be such a pain in the behind, especially when throwing some retro rom’s onto your device; no one wants to use virtual d-pads and buttons! So why not use a full on controller synced with your Android device to make the experience more fun! Instructions on how to do so, provided by Dancing Pixel Studios, can be found here.

Microsoft very boringly explains the "Cloud" - (Video)

Let me make this clear: Microsoft does not have what it takes to make videos that connect to real, breathing people, at least not since the days of the “I’m a PC” ads when Windows 7 was close to release. Google’s got that kind of customer-informing marketing on lock down, alright? So why does Microsoft feel they suddenly need to explain what the cloud is to people just outta nowhere? Whatever the reason we just wanted another excuse to post a goofy Steve Ballmer as the header image. Hey, can you blame us? — Video tour of their data centers after the break!

Domino's Pizza is reviving 'the Noid' after 20 years

If you grew up in the 90’s then you may not remember this little dude — Domino’s unofficial mascot, known simply as ‘the Noid’. What’s he got to do with Pizza, you ask? Well, not a lot except that he embodied the hatred and annoyance that other pizza joints felt at the quality service customers would receive from Dominos. Yeah, like that still rings true! But anyway, Domino’s is getting ready to unleash the Noid once again. — More after the break!
