Netflix’s price increases went into effect earlier this month and that didn’t go too smoothly with its millions of members from crying bloody murder. Download the Windows 8 Pre-Beta Build now

Microsoft’s OS, while a dominating piece of software in the work place and around the world, has been losing traction with Apple’s simplistic iOS mobile operating system. Though iOS focuses more on mobile devices (iPod, iPhone, iPad) its core values rely on hiding all the files, folders, and application jargon that confuse so many casual users. So to compete Microsoft has adapted the sleek Mertro UI style seen on Windows Phone 7 handsets, as well as also giving people the option to work within the normal desktop and icon’s interface we’ve known for so long. So if you’re interested, MS is offering the Developer’s Pre-Beta build up for download for anyone willing to take the early plunge. — More after the break!
